Formed in Phoenix, Arizona, USA as a band of soft-metal leaders are Mr.Mister Richard Page (bass and vocals) and Steve George (keyboards). From numerous appearances as a session-man for REO Speedwagon and John Parr. The group in 1982 found the right blend with the arrival of Steve Farris (guitars) and even Pat Mastelotto on drums. In 1984 the still immature debut album "I Wear The Face" driven by the single "Hunters Of The Night." But it was in 1985 that Mr.Mister collect the best results. The album "Welcome To The Real World" driven by the single "Kyrie" and especially "Broken Wings" reached number one in various parts del globo. Grande successo della band nell'estenuante e seguente tour come supporto di Tina Turner. Dopo un anonimo terzo lavoro, Farris lascia il gruppo (rimpiazzato dal session-man Buzzy Feiten) e nel 1989 con il quarto lavoro già pronto i Mr.Mister decidono di sciogliersi definitivamente.
