Very few notes for this mysterious American group. A native of New York, the group Indeep, founded by songwriter Michael Cleveland, is the classic example of the One Shot. In 1983 the song "Last Night a DJ Saved My Life" based on the eponymous album is the only witness worthy of note. The sound of the band is clearly steeped in references to the disco music of the '70s. The group still managed to publish during the '80s a handful of individuals all from the album: "When Boys Talk," "Buffalo Bill" and especially "The Record Keeps Spinning" with sounds that are close and closer to the rap. In 1991 he published a Best Of contains 23 tracks of the most significant in their history.
